Motor Design Engineer

Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical and electrical, electrical or related fields (graduate preferred);
2. At least three years of experience in mechanical and electrical related work;
3. Proficient in using professional drawing tools and designing software;
4. Familiar with relevant regulations or standards for automotive components and their testing methods, such as GB/T, AC/T, etc;

5. Priority given to those with experience in the development and design of automotive products: familiar with the design and development process of automotive components, and understanding of relevant design specifications for automotive components;

Job responsibilities:
1. Design and development of a negative cost brushless disc motor, with a power range of 500W-15KW and a voltage range of 24-48V;
2. According to customer requirements, understand and transform customer intentions and requirements, complete design planning, product design, and product realization;
3. According to the design and development schedule, complete product design planning, DFMEA, calculation, modeling, and drawing production, write a detailed list of product parts and test plans, formulate technical requirements for related products, and participate in overall or vehicle testing and evaluation;
4. Complete the system design and functional testing and improvement of the product;
5. Responsible for structural design related issues, providing technical support to production departments and customers in the district;
6. Responsible for product follow-up and improvement;
